Service Procedure

  • Clear surfaces – Remove utensils and appliances.
  • Degrease – Apply degreaser to stoves, hoods, and counters.
  • Wash and rinse – Use hot water and detergent.
  • Disinfect food contact surfaces – Use food-safe sanitizer (Quaternary Ammonia or Peroxide-based).
  • Clean sinks and drains – Flush with disinfectant and boiling water.
  • Floors – Scrub with degreaser and mop.
  • Drying and inspection – Air-dry, verify no residue or streaks.
  • Required and Mandatory PPE
